(Sessions before 6 a.m Add $5.00)
Small Group / Bootcamp style
$15.00 per person
Online- Workout Routines & Nutrition (For those outside the AV area.)
One month plans are 4 weeks of meal planning and 4 weeks of individualized workout routines
Workout program designed for home
(Whatever you have available in your home, if nothing, I can design bodyweight workouts that will kick your butt!) or gym access, with accommodations for medical issues and injuries. Weekly meal prep guidelines and coaching.
